Research and Performance Test of New Full-Length Anchorage Material

چکیده

It is difficult to support roadway with anchor cable in view of impact tendency impinging liability roadway; a new material inorganic and high-performance full-length anchoring for developed by adding several modifiers ultrafine cement as the main material. The purpose improve mechanical properties durability cement-based materials, coordination system, ensure stability surrounding rock mining roadway. optimizing proportion different components material, were studied. force resin agent, ordinary Portland cement, blank are tested. Based on SEM microscopic characterization, fracture types failure characteristics agent researched. results show that optimal content each component anchorage follows: A 15%, B 3%, C 0.2%, D 1%, E 1%; tensile test shows has good bonding property, high strength, strong stability, coupling. microstructure morphology analysis have showed materials can fully hydrate other, resulting relatively dense stone body. effectively significant performance advantages engineering applicability, it lower cost safer use. very supporting
